About Growing Great Ideas Founder 

Karen S. Sieczka is an author, trainer, and speaker. As a trainer, she researched and created curriculum and managed two highly-successful community education programs, teaching health-related, technology, literacy, and communications skills to over 500 members of the local community. It was through this program she discovered her great enthusiasm for training. The Growing Great Ideas: Unleashing Creativity at Work book is now available at LULU.com for download or print version.

Karen is familiar with the struggle many of us encounter when we become entrenched in the 9 to 5 world, get bored, and lose sight of what really makes us tick. Her own struggle became the inspiration for her training program called Growing Great Ideas: Unleashing Creativity at Work.

Growing Great Ideas: Unleashing Creativity at Work explains the creative process and uses customizable exercises to help participants feel more comfortable using creativity at work. Karen keeps her presenting skills sharp by creating and teaching customized trainings and computer courses for several local colleges’ continuing education programs. In 2009, she conducted 67 workshops. Karen also researches and writes curriculum for employee enrichment issues such as body language, listening skills, and employee empowerment as a frequent contributor to the GetEntrepreneurial.com website. 

She has a Master’s degree in public administration from the American Military University and is a graduate of Nova Southeastern University with a Bachelor of Science in Management. She also graduated the Dale Carnegie Training in Communications and attended High Impact Presentations.
